These programs and exercises are not to be used as, or used in lieu of, any course of medical or psychological treatment.

Please note that emWave is designed to be a training and entertainment product. None of the feedback, summary data, or logging data provided in the software is to be interpreted as medically diagnostic.

Finally, heart rate variability patterns differ widely from one person to another. There are no right or wrong patterns. The coherence scores in the program and games are especially useful for comparing your own progress in increasing your ability to maintain a physiologically coherent state as you practice; they should not be compared between one individual and another.

Individuals with heart irregularities such as atrial fibrillation or flutter or intense clusters of premature ventricular contractions (PVC's), or children who are unable to sit still, may be unable to use the emWave successfully.”

Consultation Bookings Policy

  • All initial consultations needs to be made via our website.  

  • Allow for 1.5 hours for the initial consultation.

  • Health Harmonics has a 24-hour cancellation window. This means that any consultation cancelled within 24-hours of a scheduled appointment will incur the full consultation fee.

  • Our Cancellation Policy has been structured this way to be respectful of both your time and ours. Circumstances do change and for changes to scheduled appointments please call, message or email Health Harmonics and we will accommodate as best we can.

  • You will receive a consultation confirmation email or message once you have booked.  

  • Payment can be made by direct transfer or cash on the premises on the day. Options can be made on an individual basis to take into account personal circumstances.

  • Please read our Cancellation Policy above to avoid any misunderstanding. 

Program Bookings Policy

  • All bookings need to be made via the Book Appointment link on the website or via direct contact via phone or email.  

  • Allow for 1.5 hours for each session during the program. Each session may not be 1.5 hours in full duration, but provisions should be made.

  • Full payment is required after each session. Payment can be made via either cash or direct transfer.

  • For Program Sessions payment can be made via cash or direct transfer on location at commencement. 

  • Options can be made on an individual basis to take into account personal circumstances.

  • Health Harmonics has a 24-hour cancellation window for programs. Our Cancellation Policy has been structured this way to be respectful of both your time and ours. 

  • Circumstances do change and for changes to scheduled appointments please call, message or email directly and we will accommodate as best we can.

  • You will receive a program confirmation email or message once you have booked.

  • Please read our Cancellation Policy above to avoid any misunderstanding. 

  • Refunds on a pro-rata basis can be made if cancelling program participation after commencement.
